Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mccw ("mccw", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mccw online casino and sports betting platform accessible at mccw.pro. These Terms apply to all services offered through the mccw platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, bonuses, and promotional activities.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the mccw platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mccw platform.

Account Registration and Verification

To access mccw services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to mccw. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account closure without refund of any deposited funds.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mccw login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. mccw will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, or any other communication channel. You must notify mccw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Use a strong, unique password for your mccw account that you do not use for any other online service.
• Do not access your mccw account from shared or public devices where your credentials could be stored or observed by others.
• Log out of your mccw account after each session, particularly on mobile devices shared with family members or housemates.
• mccw is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.

KYC Verification

mccw is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. Verification is mandatory before a player's first withdrawal and may also be required before a player's first deposit or at any point during the player's account lifetime at mccw's discretion. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). mccw reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

mccw offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms communicated at the time of the relevant promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• mccw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering requirements already active on a player's account at the time of modification.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the mccw platform. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play, once wagering requirements are met, may be withdrawn.
• Certain game types (including but not limited to some progressive jackpot slots and live casino table games) may contribute at a reduced rate, or not at all, to the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. The contribution rates for each game category will be set out in the specific bonus terms.

Players who are subject to a self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction on their mccw account are not eligible for any promotional bonuses or offers during the period of that restriction. If a bonus is mistakenly credited to a restricted account, mccw reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Responsible Gaming

mccw is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We recognise that, for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic. mccw provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly:

• Deposit limits: Players may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their mccw account. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Players may set session time reminders so that they are alerted after a defined period of continuous play on the mccw platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours.
• Cool-off period: Players may request a temporary cool-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which their mccw account will be temporarily suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted.

Account Suspension and Termination

mccw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, mccw may suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Where the player has breached any of these Terms & Conditions or any specific game, promotion, or payment terms applicable to the player's account.
• Where mccw has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity in connection with the player's account.
• Where the player has requested a self-exclusion or a responsible gaming cool-off period, in which case the account will be suspended for the duration of the requested period.
• Where mccw is required to suspend or close an account by any applicable law, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by mccw for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file. Account closure requests submitted by the player will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mccw's total liability to you in connection with your use of the mccw platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds deposited by you and held in your mccw account at the time the relevant claim arises. mccw expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of the mccw platform, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or failure of the mccw platform caused by events outside mccw's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login credentials with a third party or failed to log out of a shared device.

Amendments to These Terms

mccw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, mccw will notify players by posting a notice on the mccw platform or by sending a notification to the player's registered mobile number. The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the mccw platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the mccw platform immediately and contact [email protected] to arrange closure of your account.

The English language version of these Terms & Conditions shall be the definitive version in the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from translation into any other language. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and mccw.
